                         Once the training is done they will be placed in Oracle DBA / SQL DBA / SAP Basis  

                         /Lotus  Notes /Middleware / Mainframes  areas.

Job Description:

This role would involve working within a Remote Delivery Center Environment, providing 1st and 2nd level support and maintenance of Databases, Applications, Mainframes and other third party products for Global Customers.
 

 Responsibilities:

• It includes providing 24 X 7 offshore/remote support, candidates willing to work in any 24X7 shifts
• Manage and resolve problems assigned by help desk or operations. including on-call
• The role involves mission critical system for IBM clients
• Problem determination and resolution within agreed SLA .
• Implement changes, perform security related tasks, identify and recommend improvements to existing processes and procedures.

• Perform roles or tasks assigned by  TL/manager
• Basic knowledge in word, Excel
• Work friendly with other team members
• Willing to relocate anywhere in India
• Willing to Travel (Domestic/Onsite)
• Ready to migrate from one platform to other (Eg, DBA to Application Support
• or Mainframes

 

Screening Process:

•        Candidates can register directly @ Sapthagiri placement cell between 8.30 am to 4.00 pm on or before 3^rd July 2010 / The data base of the students from the participating colleges has to reach me on or before 2nd July 2010.
•         Mandatory: We request all of you to carry your updated CV, wear your college Id card, 2 passport size photographs, photocopies of the documents (from 10th till the recent qualified exam) to prove your eligibility.
•  Presence of the TPO is a must on the event day
